Saturday 02/05/2011

Weigh in day!!  I am now 259lbs.  I lost 3lbs this week. I am staying on track with my goal of 2 lbs a week. I was disappointed that I did not get to workout 4 days this week.  I did get 3 days but I did not work out Tuesday as I had been.  I had a great workout last night though.  I was happy when I left the gym.  This week I should be back to a normal schedule.  Just happy I'm doing this for myself and my family.  I'm going to have to be able to run after the new grand baby coming in April.  Have a great day everyone reading this!!
